I value your business and understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In my desire to be fair to myself and all of my clients, I ask that you respect the skin care studio's scheduling policies as follows:
Cancellation / Rescheduling
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to half of the cost of the scheduled service. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment and me to be paid for my time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice, a credit card will be required to hold your next appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” In this event, you will not be charged, however, a credit card will be needed to hold your next appointment time slot. Should you no-show a second time, you will be charged the full treatment price of the treatment you are scheduled for.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session cost. Out of respect and consideration for me and my other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
