Cancellation / No Call-No Show / Reschedule / Late Policy

I value your business and understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In my desire to be fair to myself and to all of my clients, I ask that you respect the skin care studio's scheduling policies as follows. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation / Rescheduling 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to half of the cost of the scheduled service. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment and me to be paid for my time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice, a credit card will be required to hold your next appointment.

No Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment - for whatever reason - will be considered a no-show. In this event, you are subject to a no-show fee amounting to half of the cost of the scheduled service. I will also need a credit card (if I do not already have one on file) to book your next appointment. Should you no-show a second time, you will be charged the full treatment price of the treatment you are scheduled for. If it happens a third time, you will no longer be able to schedule with the skin care studio.

However, if you, or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your health and also that of mine and my other clients.

Late Arrivals

If you are 15 minutes late, I may not be able to provide your service because of bookings after you. If I am able to see you, your session may be shortened the amount of time you are late. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session cost (you were late causing the shortened service). I will always be on time for you, out of respect and consideration for me and my other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
